If you are experiencing cough, fever or other COVID-19 symptoms, do not enter.
Frequently touched surfaces in cafe and cat lounge are sanitized regularly.
Keep six feet (two metres) apart from others.
Wash your hands before and after petting cats (Hand sanitizer is also available throughout the cafe and lounge — use as often as you like).
If you have checked in for your reservation and the cafe is full, please wait outside the front doors, and the cat whisperer will come to escort you in (No waiting in lobby).
