How to find us
We are located on the second floor of International Village Mall (aka Tinseltown Mall), just at the top of the escalator in the southwest corner of the mall. Come in through the entrance between Starbucks and Rexall (where Keefer and Abbott Street intersect), then head up the escalator to your left – we're right at the top of the escalator!
free two-hour PARKING
There is free two-hour parking in the mall's underground lot (enter from Abbott street, between Pender and Keefer). Take the elevator to the 2nd floor; when you exit the elevator take an immediate left! You'll find us near the escalator. *Please note that during games and events at neighbouring stadiums, the parking lot gets quite full; it is recommended to use different transportation or allow more time to find alternative metered street parking on these days.
SKYTRAIN: The mall is located north east of the Stadium SkyTrain station – go down the steps when you exit the station, heading east toward where Keefer intersects with Abbott Street.
BUS: The closest bus stop is on Pender Street near Abbott. Enter the mall at the entrance on this corner; keep going forward until you come to an escalator on your right. You'll find us at the top of the escalator!

THURSDAY: 10 AM – 2 PM / 3 PM – 8 PM
FRIDAY: 10 AM – 2 PM / 3 PM – 9 PM
SATURDAY: 10 AM – 2 PM / 3 PM – 9 PM
SUNDAY: 10 AM – 2 PM / 3 PM – 8 PM
The lounge is closed between 2 – 3 pm for cat naps!
* We are closed during the daytime on Tuesdays to
facilitate adoptions and transfer in new cats.
