Hero is a timid cat until he feels safe in your home, but once he gets comfortable in the space, he becomes a playful, curious, and affectionate cat. Hero is good with both dogs and cats with a proper introduction, and would love to go to a home with another chill kitty pal to snuggle with.

Fluffy is a sweet, curious, loving boy who can be a little shy at first, but quickly blossoms into a needy baby desperate for pets and love. He loves headbutting your hands or rubbing against your legs to ask for pets, and will roll over with excitement after a few good scratches behind the ear. Fluffy loves to play with wand toys, running through cat tunnels, or batting for a hidden mouse toy under a carpet. Fluffy would love another kitty pal to share a home with, as he gets very attached to his friends here at Catfe and spends lots of time cuddling with them.

Ben and Nevis were semi-feral when they first arrived at the rescue. Ben is a sleek, all-black kitten with the look of a tiny panther—plus a few adorable white sprinkles on his chest, like a secret constellation just for you. Mochi is everything you could ever want in a feline companion! He’s incredibly affectionate and always up for cuddles, as the big nap enthusiast he is. He loves to climb onto your lap and purrs loudly just to get your attention (and maybe a taste of what’s on your plate because yes, he’s a bit of a foodie!). Curious and playful when the mood strikes, but very gentle and peaceful, Mochi will bring so much joy to any home. He also gets along beautifully with other cats and dogs! He truly is a little bundle of happiness and makes a wonderful companion.

Meet Lightning and Thunder! They are almost twins and you would barely be able to tell them apart! The only difference is that Thunder has 2 white whiskers and a tiny bit of white on his tummy amongst almost all black whereas Lightning has more white. Lightning LOVES to play and chase strings or basically anything that moves. He seeks adventure and is a very curious cat. He loves wrestling with his brother Thunder but also loves to sleep and cuddle with him. He has quite the purrsonality and it’s so fun to watch! He LOVED the bigger/energetic dog in his foster home who charged into their room wanting to sniff and play with them, and Lightning just came running over and rubbed all over him. Lightning tries to play with his tail and chase it. He definitely doesn’t seem to be afraid of anything or even nervous for that matter, so would do great in a home with a playful cat-savvy dog or cat. He’s a squirmy little thing so usually can’t be held onto for long. Now that he’s a bit older, he will sit in your arms for a bit and is a bit calmer but is definitely a cat that loves to play. Thunder is definitely an adventurous one and LOVES to play! He’ll play with his siblings, toys, blankets…pretty much anything. He loves to run around and he loves food! He and Lightning constantly switch their food plates and compete on who can finish their plate first! He loves to purr and loves his back scratches on his lower back by his tail. He raised his fur a bit when the big/energetic dog in his foster home approached him, but once the dog sniffed him, he would cautiously inspect the dog. He loved to play with the kids in his foster home. The boys would thrive in a home that wants an nice balance of adventurous/playful cats who loves to play with other cat-savvy cats and dogs, and also likes to sleep with you at night and love some affection.

Flynn is a shy and cautious cat who needs time to feel safe in a new environment. He may take several weeks—or even a couple of months—to fully warm up, and he can still get a bit nervous from time to time. Sometimes he acts like he forgets who his person is, but with regular, gentle interactions, his trust builds and his memory strengthens. Flynn wants love—he often meows from the hallway or peeks into rooms to check in, clearly interested in connection but too anxious to fully approach at first. His meows usually mean he’s looking for attention, food, or just some comfort. He’s trying to build trust, and he needs someone willing to do the same. With patience, food, and calm affection, Flynn starts to come out of his shell. He’ll rub against legs, follow his human from room to room, and show a playful side. John is the sweetest boy—a confident lovebug with a playful spirit. He’s full of energy and especially loves chasing yarn. Kolby (lighter coloured nose) and Silky (darker coloured nose) are a loving pair of bonded sisters. Both are very affectionate and loving, they love to be close to their humans, including of course sharing the bed. Kolby is braver and quicker to trust or approach you for affection. Silky also loves affection but takes a bit longer to not run away at first. They get along with other cats in the household but tend to gang up on the other cats if they are trying to show who is boss. They mostly stayed away from the dog in their foster home. There was a younger child in the home that they loved to play and snuggle with once they learned to trust.

Chia and Poppy are a bonded brother-sister duo. Chia is the only boy in the litter (their sisters Nigella and Quinoa are also here at Catfe!). He is also the most playful, bravest and laid back. He will have intense zoomy sessions but then go into full on chill mode. He is learning to enjoy tummy rubs and loves to explore new things and toys. This fun sweet guy will make a wonderful companion with lots of continued love and attention. Poppy is the bravest girl in her litter. She is an enthusiastic athlete who loves to play and cuddle with her siblings. Poppy enjoys being petted and will lean right in and start purring. She is blossoming into a fun and confident girl.

Nigella and Quinoa are bonded sisters. Nigella is the fluffiest and was the smallest of her litter (their siblings Poppy and Chia are also here at Catfe!). Her love of food has her catching up to her other siblings and she is now flourishing. Nigella is a sweet and sensitive kitty but also has a fun side and likes to rough house with her siblings. Nigella is learning to enjoy pets and will even purr. She has come a long way and will benefit from continued love and attention so that her true sweet self can shine. Quinoa is a sleek black micro panther except for a distinguishable patch of white under her chin and on her belly. She is the protective big sister and will ensure her siblings are safe before she joins in on the fun. Once she relaxes, she really gets into playtime and cuddling with her siblings. Quinoa was a spicy girl but has come a long way. She will be a cuddly sweet girl in no time with just a wee bit more patience, love and attention.

Meet Disa and Durin, an inseparable bonded pair who bring out the best in each other. Disa, our beautiful black female, may be initially shy with new humans, but she grows more confident daily, taking cues from her vibrant orange companion, Durin. While she carefully builds trust, he happily serves as her brave explorer and showing her that the world is full of wonderful things. Disa loves to jump and explore high ground on her own terms, but doesn't enjoy being picked up - she prefers to navigate the world under her own power. Both are absolute foodies (especially Disa!) and play enthusiasts who can spend hours chasing flirt poles and pouncing on toy mice. Their special bond is evident in their adorable ritual of grooming, cuddling, and greeting each other with sweet head bunts. Both get along wonderfully with other pets, making them excellent companions for homes with existing dogs or cats. What makes this pair truly special is watching how Disa looks to Durin for guidance while he gently encourages her to come out of her shell - together creating a beautiful balance of curiosity and comfort, complete with the occasional adorable tongue blep that will melt your heart.
